Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Peabody, MA, for a Household Goods Coordinator. The Household Goods Coordinator will manage the logistics and coordination of household goods transportation, including scheduling, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, managing documentation, resolving issues as they arise, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Attention to detail and organizational skills are vital in ensuring smooth and efficient operations in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and scheduling of household goods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and teams
  • Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Experience with logistics software or systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with international and domestic shipping regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively on‑site and adapt to the needs of a fast‑paced environment
