Responsibilities
- Perform shuttle functions using a non-articulated vehicle.
- Load and unload aircraft/vehicles.
- Sort packages.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED (Minimum Education).
- No prior experience required (Minimum Experience).
- Ability to successfully complete all basic and re‑currency training.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver packages above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment.
- Proficiency with power and hand tools.
- Meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of the federal motor carrier safety regulations.
- Effectively communicate verbally in a time‑sensitive, noisy operations environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Read and speak English to understand traffic signs and respond to official inquiries in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
- Requires medical exam in accordance with FHWA or FAA regulations.
- Non‑covered safety sensitive position.
- Must maintain a constant state of alertness and work safely.
- Must be licensed for the type of equipment assigned.
