Schedule:
Monday 9:00am – 5:30pm Remainder of the week: work as many or as few hours you choose based on available shifts up to 29 hours per week. Anticipated hourly range: $23.50 per hour - $24.20 per hour based on experience Bonus eligible:

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product.
This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers. Responsibilities Execute established procedures for receiving and stocking inventory, including accurately processing receipts in the warehouse management system, verifying quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates, and efficiently placing product in designated locations utilizing an RF scanning device to support downstream picking operations.
Cross-train across multiple warehouse functions and contribute to departmental initiatives and projects as needed to support operational goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing routine housekeeping tasks and adhering to inventory control processes. Obtain and maintain certification to operate material handling equipment as required, including but not limited to order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
Qualifications High School Diploma/GED preferred Good written communication skills 1-2 years experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft office preferred What is expected of you and others at this level Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods Adheres to all quality guidelines Works under moderate degree of supervision Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
