A detail-oriented accounting professional with 10+ years of experience and a strong foundation in financial reporting and compliance.
Lead day-to-day corporate accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and supervise the accounting team.
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with occasional extended hours as needed.
On-site in Fayetteville, GA.
To enhance financial accuracy, streamline accounting processes, and support the company's operational and strategic goals.
Standard office setting with occasional visits to operational sites requiring adherence to safety protocols.
$115,000–$130,000 annually.
This is a key leadership role within the corporate finance team, responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, overseeing financial reporting, and supporting audits, while developing and mentoring a team of accounting professionals.
Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, taxes, and month-end close processes.
Ensure accurate and timely GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
Drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting using ERP tools (Sage Intacct).
Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA/CMA preferred.
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in corporate or multi-entity environments.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred), and financial controls.
Experience with job costing, long-term contracts, and financial planning.
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
