• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA or MBA Preferred
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in accounting performing heavy reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic word processing knowledge, preferably Word
• Strong spreadsheet knowledge, preferably Excel

• Performs root cause analysis of client accounts to resolve any discrepancies found in recording financial transactions
• Determines the appropriate amount to refund clients and provides recommendation to management for approval
• Reconciles and maintains the accuracy of client balances to include cash position
• Identifies client specific ledger discrepancies and provides correcting journal entries as identified in the client reconciliation process
• Independently performs detailed analysis of system claim payment data loaded into the client database
• Produces management reports summarizing reconciled transactions
• Customizes and transmits periodic statements to clients
• Prepares escrow confirmations to identify the amount and source of escrow funding per the requests by clients or independent auditors.
• Assists in training and development of Analysts in department
• Performs other related duties as required or requested
