Project Accountant - Duluth, GA
The Project Accountant will oversee job costing, support general ledger activities, and partner with project teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting across multiple construction projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage job costing and project financial tracking
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability
- Support general ledger activities and account reconciliations
- Prepare project-based financial reports and analysis
- Collaborate with project managers on cost control and forecasting
- Assist with month-end close and audit support
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments, strong knowledge of job costing and general ledger, proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
