Accounting Specialist Peachtree Corners, GA (Fully onsite during then hybrid)
Salary Range: $52,000 – $65,000

• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support preparation of financial reports and audit documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll compliance activities.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• 2-5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax with holdings, and compliance requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with payroll software and accounting systems, preferably Quick Books and Net Suite.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Foundational understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles preferred.
