Job DescriptionThis position is part of Mercury Systems RF MMICs team, a growing, high‑tech organization focused on designing leading edge RF MMIC devices for worldwide markets. We are looking for talented, motivated individuals to join a dynamic work culture.
Responsibilities- Translate customer delivery requirements into material strategies and processes, driving cost‑effective processing and profitable manufacturing of company products.
- Define goals, improve processes, and resolve problems in conjunction with managers of manufacturing, quality assurance, engineering, and sales.
- Develop operations‑related plans, forecasts, policies and procedures, ensuring efficient delivery of the revenue plan for the site or group.
- Drive inventory management and accountability for associated KPIs.
- Develop and improve tools and business processes to achieve on‑time delivery (OTD) targets.
- Analyze delivery and inventory issues and provide solutions.
- Support the Operations Manager in executing operating strategies and plans.
- Drive accuracy of demand signals (backlog, forecasts, management drives).
- Develop and maintain critical KPI's for the business unit.
- Maintain and exemplify the highest levels of ethical business practices.
- Exceptional analytic business acumen, data driven with strong ERP background.
- Strong process manufacturing, material planning & supply chain experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations including at least 1 year of demonstrated leadership.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
Education:
BS/BA in Business Administration, Engineering or related major
