Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/ Week
Summary of Duties:
Support logistic activities for complex commodities across 11 North American SI EP locations. Identify and close gaps in plants and supply chain. Identify and close data gaps in SAP. Work with SI EP plants, Business Segments, and Suppliers on demand, forecasting, and priorities. Lead plants through necessary changes and improvements. Work closely with Strategic Procurement team and Plants in activities related to supplier management and supply chain.
Understand Purchasing, Planning, and Inventory Management. Simplify and standardize processes across the plants. Clearly and concisely document processes and instructions. Reliable resource for the plants. Recommend & help implement technology to help manage the processes. Cultivate positive relationships with the Teams and our Partners. Create, track and generate improvement on the appropriate metrics. Establish and lead projects as necessary to support the above.
10 % Domestic and International Travel. Hybrid work permitted with a minimum of 3 days in person in the office weekly.
Qualifications:
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Finance, Business Administration or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Will alternately accept a Associate’s degree and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. The position requires experience with the following:
Supervisory Experience;
Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis. High level of SAP experience. Ability to lead and train others. Digital knowledge/experience. Experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience working with external and internal stakeholders. Project creation, management, execution, completion experience.
