Primary Function of Position:
The Sr Sales Strategy Analyst will partner closely with US commercial leadership toanalyze complex business challenges, providing strategic, data-driven insights that directly influence critical business decisions. The Senior Analyst will build strong,strategic business partner relationships with the executive commercial leadership of two regions within the US.
This is a highly analytical and consultative role that works extensively with large, dynamic datasets to support commercial strategy, performance optimization, and customer targeting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, enabling them to consolidate disparate data sources, identify critical business drivers, and effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive actionable insights through proactively identifying emerging businesstrends, risks and opportunities, and delivering recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
- Build a deep understanding of business drivers and trends with the ability to translate data analyses into actionable insights that influence executive decision-making.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to multiple VP & Director level business partners,
- leveraging advanced data analytics to drive key business strategies.
- Clearly articulate and confidently defend data-driven, strategic recommendations
- Proactively identify and lead initiatives to improve internal processes and scale business insights
- Drive and enhance recurring quarterly deliverables for the US clinical business,such as executive reporting packages, sales performance reporting, territory design, and quota modeling and allocation.
- Regularly contribute to brainstorming sessions with peers and leadership andwork with both US and international teams to drive the exchange of insights, best practices, and innovations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5years of work experience in sales operations, business intelligence, sales strategy, business operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify the complex.
- Innate curiosity and aptitude to understand trends, outliers, and context-based nuance.
- Self-motivated to seek out resolutions, resources, and share knowledge.
- Ability to work independently with little instruction in a fast-paced environment,while prioritizing across different levels of deliverables.
