• Coordinate with engineering design teams to develop project plans
• Oversee site development and grading activities
• Conduct material testing and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project delivery

• Experience in civil engineering and site development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and project controls
• Knowledge of geotechnical engineering and material testing
• Strong understanding of wastewater and stormwater management
• Ability to manage change orders and construction documentation
