We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) and Superintendent to join our team. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, hands‑on field experience, and a solid background in heavy civil construction. The ideal individuals will be knowledgeable in overseeing, coordinating, and managing construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Required Experience & Knowledge- Erosion Control
- Roadway Construction
- Asphalt Installation & Paving
- Underground Utilities
- Storm Drainage Systems
- Sewer Construction and Repair
Applicants should hold the following certifications or be willing to obtain them:
- Traffic Control Certification
- WTCS
- Erosion Control Certification
- Blue Card / WECS
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in heavy civil construction
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and daily project activities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
