Daily Responsibilities:

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians
• Implement safety protocols and procedures

Required Skills:

• Experience in road construction and civil construction
• Knowledge of paving and highway construction
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as scrapers, trackhoes, and motor graders
• Proficiency in reading blueprints
• Strong background in heavy equipment repair

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience in welding fabrication
• Knowledge of mine safety and health administration regulations
• Experience with scaffolding and pipe laying

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $70,000.00

Maximum Salary: $90,000.00
