JOB SUMMARY
Level-Up Companies is seeking a highly skilled and driven Field Superintendent to oversee and manage the on-site execution of our growing infrastructure program in the Colorado market.
The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years' experience in utility coordination, civil construction, and mission-critical telecom infrastructure, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Site Management, Safety and
Schedule:
Own all daily on-site construction activities and execution, enforcing strict OSHA compliance, subcontractor safety protocols, and quality control standards across multiple site builds. Manage short-term schedules, identify constraints, and drive corrective actions when work begins to fall behind. - Telecom & Civil Execution: Oversee critical path civil and structural milestones, including utility conflict resolutions, deep foundations, concrete basin/slab pours, grounding rings, and structural framing/trusses.
- Subcontractor Management: Manage, schedule, and hold accountable multi-disciplinary trade partners (civil, electrical, fiber, and landscaping crews) from mobilization through final closeout (including safety, schedule, quality, productivity and completion of assigned scope).
- Cost and Change Management: Identify potential scope changes or changed field and conditions and document/ report accordingly.
- Daily Reporting: Provide daily reports to team including - progress photos, manpower tracking, field issues, delays and documentation needed to support project milestones and potential change orders.
- Closeout and Customer Readiness: Drive punch-list completion and support turnover, customer acceptance and closeout.
- Utility & Jurisdiction Liaison: Interface directly with local power companies and municipal inspectors to coordinate variance requests, manage permit extensions, inspections, manage permitting issues, utility energization and service installation, and ensure seamless service drops.
- Materials & Logistics Control: Review site plans, verify Bills of Materials (BOM), track long-lead critical infrastructure components, and coordinate T&M (Time and Materials) field changes when necessary.
- Engineering & Documentation Alignment: Partner closely with Project Managers and engineering teams to interpret stamped geotech/structural letters, resolve field discrepancies, and document site progress with accurate daily logs and photos.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. Preferred backgrounds include telecom infrastructure, fiber backhaul, data centers, utility, electrical infrastructure, mission-critical and or similar construction backgrounds.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex site plans, electrical schematics, line diagrams, and civil engineering specifications.
- Strong background in handling field-level utility conflicts, geotechnical challenges, and managing strict QA/QC tolerances
