Call Center Representative

Description We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join a fast-paced team in Georgia. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging business owners by phone, building interest in services, and creating appointment opportunities for a sales team. The role starts in an on-site setting and may offer hybrid flexibility over time based on performance.

Candidates who are confident communicators and comfortable with a high-volume outbound environment will be well positioned for success.

Responsibilities:

- Place a high volume of outbound calls each day to reach businesses and introduce services in a detail-oriented manner.

- Connect with owners and decision-makers to generate interest and arrange meetings for the sales team.

- Use provided call lists and customer service software to track outreach activity, update records, and document results accurately.

- Apply effective cold calling and warm calling techniques to move conversations toward scheduled appointments.

- Represent the organization with strong customer service skills while maintaining a positive and persuasive phone presence.

- Collaborate with internal sales partners to support appointment-setting goals and overall team performance.

- Follow established call center procedures, productivity expectations, and quality standards throughout the workday.

- Assist with additional administrative or support tasks as assigned to meet business needs. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in sales, call center operations, collections, or a closely related customer-facing role.

- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, telemarketing, or other high-activity phone-based work.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

- Solid customer service background and confidence handling business-to-business conversations.

- Basic office and computer skills, including comfort using customer service software or call tracking systems.

- Ability to manage a high daily call volume while staying organized and detail-oriented.

- Reliable attendance and willingness to work on-site initially in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.
