Innovative Design Build is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our Design department and shape the future of our luxury remodeling projects. This leadership role combines design excellence with business acumen, overseeing people, processes, and P&L while staying hands-on on 1–2 projects annually.
You will guide a multi-phase design process, mentor designers, and actively participate as a voice on the Leadership Team, ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing firm growth.
