The Wesleyan Faculty Fellows Program is designed to give one year of guidance, training, and experience to recent college graduates considering teaching as a career.

The Fellows Program provides individuals having little or no prior relevant teaching experience with the opportunity to develop teaching skills in a supportive environment in which they are given a great deal of responsibility and independence.

Applications received by February 12, 2027 will be prioritized.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary is $30,000for the year.
• Housing is provided in homes adjacent to campus.
• Lunch is provided free of charge during school days.
• Fellows may elect to enroll in medical/dental/vision insurance.
• Year-long instructional coaching and professional development opportunities.
• Opportunities to serve as athletic coaches and/or sponsor extracurricular activities in fine arts or Christian life.

College students may apply for the program in their senior year. A bachelor's degree is required by August 1, 2027.
