Salary Range: $53,000.00 To $62,700.00 Annually

Net Planner Systems is seeking a Safety Specialist to support and strengthen safety performance across our field operations. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Norcross, GA, ideal for a safety professional with practical field experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits across field operations
• Review and support the development of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
• Assist with accident, incident, and near‑miss investigations and follow‑up actions
• Support implementation of safety policies, programs, and procedures
• Provide safety guidance and coaching to field employees and supervisors
• Help deliver safety training and safety briefings as needed
• Track safety observations, corrective actions, and compliance activities

Required:

• 2–5 years of experience in Health & Safety, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), or Occupational Safety
• Working knowledge of OSHA and other applicable workplace safety regulations
  
  Experience performing field inspections, hazard identification, and basic incident investigations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with field teams

Preferred:

• OSHA 30 certification or similar safety credential
• Experience in construction, telecommunications, technology, or utility‑related environments
• Familiarity with JHA development and site‑specific safety plans
