PREHMUS FINANCIAL - A BIP Wealth Company
About the Firm
At Prehmus Financial, a BIP Wealth Company, we serve as the general contractor for our clients’ financial lives—coordinating every detail to ensure a cohesive, comprehensive plan. Our clients benefit from the best of both worlds: the personalized attention and agility of a boutique firm, combined with the depth and institutional strength of a larger organization. We are seeking a Relationship Manager who thrives in a high-touch, client-centered environment and brings the technical expertise required to manage complex financial operations with precision.
The Role Summary
The Relationship Manager is a key member of a growing team and serves as a critical driver of our exceptional client experience. Reporting to a Partner at Prehmus Financial, you will join a team that supports four Personal Wealth Advisor (PWA) practices and approximately one thousand client households. This is a role designed to ensure our office runs efficiently and our advisors have the bandwidth to execute complex financial planning and investment management decisions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
This role will focus on mastering specific, high-impact tasks before expanding into broader firm operations. These tasks include the following:
1. The Client Experience (The "Greeter" & Brand Ambassador)
- Office Presence: Serve as the primary "greeter" in our open-office environment, maintaining our warm and professional atmosphere.
- Triage & Communication: Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, providing high-level triage to ensure clients reach the right expert.
- Onboarding: Oversee and manage the administrative components of the client onboarding process.
2. Transactional & Money Movement Operations
- Execution: Prepare and execute custodian paperwork and money movement requests with speed and precision.
- Private Markets: Manage the completion of complex private investment documents—a major value proposition for our firm.
- Check Processing: Manage the end-to-end process for physical check deposits, including letters of authorization (LOAs) and mobile deposits.
- Custodian Liaison: Develop strong working relationships with custodian representatives (primarily at Fidelity and Inspira) to minimize flagged requests (NIGO) and meet deadlines.
3. Practice & Operational Support
- Data Management: Take ownership of client data within the Prehmus Financial CRM software.
- Compliance & Continuity: Support our "Continuity Protocol" by ensuring all client-facing documents are categorized and tracked within our data systems.
- Proactive Maintenance: Maintain visibility on cash balances and fee billing dates; process administrative updates like address changes and bank link re-establishments.
- Digital Documentation: Execute Docu Sign envelopes for routine service requests and distribute firm newsletters or security alerts.
- Office Logistics: Resolve office equipment issues, manage incoming/outgoing mail, and maintain functional stocks of office supplies and marketing materials.
- The Professional Archetype: 4+ years of financial services experience preferred (or experience in a high-profile professional services setting such as legal or executive support).
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) and Adobe. Experience with e-signature platforms and advisor interfaces (Fidelity/Wealthscape) is highly desirable.
- Unflappable Nature: A "pro" who remains calm and helpful during higher-stress periods like tax season or when dealing with urgent, complex client requests.
- Big-Picture Organization: A talented multi-tasker with an ability to prioritize competing responsibilities without losing sight of the details.
- Collaborative Spirit: A desire for "fellowship" and camaraderie in a close-knit team where roles often overlap to support the common goal of client service.
