Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for technology and financial planning? Join Crawford & Company as a Senior Manager, FP&A - IT and play a key role in driving the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities for all Technology spend across the organization.
What You'll Do- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for IT investments and expenses
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business and technology decisions
- Partner closely with IT and Finance leaders to drive financial performance
- Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities across technology spend
- Support strategic initiatives and continuous process improvements
- Strong FP&A experience, preferably supporting Technology/IT organizations
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
