Primary Function of Position
At Intuitive, Financial Analyst Interns work on meaningful projects that support business decisions, improve processes, and create lasting impact. Interns are embedded within a finance team, partnered with an experienced mentor, and given ownership of work that contributes to real business outcomes. Interns lead a summer capstone project and present recommendations to Finance leadership.
Essential Job Duties
- Perform financial and operational analyses supporting planning, forecasting, budgeting and decision making.
- Develop reports, dashboards and data visualizations using financial and operational data.
- Conduct business case, ROI and cost-benefit analyses.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate, as needed, with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
- Lead a capstone project and present findings to leadership.
