As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Elevation Autism Center, you will work 1-on-1 with children ages 1-6 who have received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will be the one helping them build life-changing skills like communication, independence, social interaction, and play!
No experience? No problem.
Just bring patience, heart, and a willingness to learn.

You will be their guide, their support, their safe place. Every small breakthrough, every new word, every shared smile is a reminder that what you do matters.
What You Will Do:- Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a vibrant, center-based setting
- Teach communication, play, daily living, and social skills
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
- Use evidence-based strategies to help children learn and grow
- Track progress and celebrate meaningful wins (big and small)
You will work closely with supportive clinical leadership who are invested in your growth and success!
Requirements What You Need:- A heart for helping young children

- Energy and willingness to actively engage in play
- Reliable transportation and ability to maintain a safe environment
- A desire to grow and learn something new
RBT Certification Is Preferred, But Not Required. We will support you in earning your certification!
What You Will Get:- Guaranteed 35+ hours per week (full-time team members in good standing)
