Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Norcross, GA team in a full-time onsite role.
You will triage the help desk queue, provide Tier 1–2 support for Windows, macOS, iPads, and collaboration tools, and manage Apple ecosystem deployments using Jamf Pro and Intune. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in an IT help desk, strong documentation, and experience with Jira Service Management.
