Job Summary
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is a motivated and detail-oriented individual who wants to be a part of our dynamic team. The Warehouse Supervisor is a key link between the company and its customer base of collision repair shops in the region. The goal for each Warehouse Supervisor is to provide support to a fast-paced Warehouse Team. A successful Warehouse Supervisor will be able to contribute to the workflow of the department that oversees the warehouse operations and staff.

- Warehouse Associates and Warehouse Leads
- Assist in providing safety training to warehouse staff and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment by overseeing building and equipment maintenance and managing trash cleanup and facility repairs.
- Manage the workflow for major warehouse tasks such as receiving, shipping, maintenance, and quality control (QC).
- Manage team members, create work schedules, and oversee their performance.
- Troubleshoot problems associated with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, maintenance, and QC tasks.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify productivity areas to measure and assist in generating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations.
- Interpret KPIs and guide the team to achieve set goals.
- Schedule incoming shipments, both overseas and domestic, and update relevant programs accordingly.
- Manage the order picking process efficiently.
- Create and schedule shipments of defective or damaged items back to vendors.
- Conduct equipment operator training for warehouse staff.
- Order warehouse supplies and equipment, and schedule equipment maintenance.
- Process claims for defective or damaged products.
- Use email communication to liaise with other distribution centers, vendors, or manufacturers.
- Oversee the performance management of warehouse staff, providing feedback and guidance.
- Be willing to assist with physical labor when necessary.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Warehouse Lead role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Present oneself in a professional and courteous manner, whether in phone conversations or emails.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software and processes.
- A high school degree or equivalent is required.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- A friendly and sincere demeanor.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Able to handle issues with precision, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.

- Enthusiastic, patient and a positive attitude.
- Lifting and carrying heavy objects or boxes, often up to 60 pounds or more.
- Standing and walking for significant periods to oversee operations and assist as needed.
- Bending, stooping, or crouching to inspect items, pick up objects, or access lower shelves.
- Repetitive movements such as scanning barcodes, using handheld devices, or packing items.
- Climbing ladders or stairs to access different levels of inventory or equipment.
- Operating forklifts or other motorized equipment; may require a valid driver’s license.
- Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination for inspecting products, handling small parts, and operating machinery.
- Physical endurance for long hours and demanding tasks.
- Commitment to safety awareness and taking precautions to prevent accidents or injuries.
