Production Supervisor

A partner of Insight Global is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their fast‑growing team. The production supervisor will be part of a Manufacturing organization. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that our production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a clean room manufacturing environment with high volume production.

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing production setting
• 3‑5 years of experience in a supervising role with direct reports
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with an Engineering Change program consistent with ISO‑9001 or equivalent
• Comfortable in a start‑up environment and able to quickly adapt to new circumstances

• Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with an Engineering Change program consistent with ISO‑9001 or equivalent
• Experience with implementing and/or sustaining lean manufacturing practices and techniques.
• Direct experience in manufacturing engineering
• Experience with advanced statistics, statistical process control, and design of experiments methods.
• High Competency in Process Improvement.

$75,000 to $85,000 per year annual salary.
