We're partnering with a growing manufacturing company seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations, drive process improvements, and help scale manufacturing capabilities. This role works closely with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve efficiency, support new product introductions, and optimize production processes.
What You'll Do- Support manufacturing equipment, tooling, and production processes
- Lead process improvement initiatives on the shop floor
- Run and support new product introductions (NPI)
- Design fixtures and assist with line balancing
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and production issues
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to transition products into production
- Assist with BOMs, process documentation, ERP transactions, and tooling coordination
- 3-5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a production environment
- Hands‑on shop floor manufacturing experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing equipment and production processes
- Background in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience with NPI, fixture design, line balancing, and troubleshooting
- ERP system experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and desire for growth
- Wood products, packaging, crating, or related manufacturing experience
- Sage ERP experience
