Hospice RN Manager | Lead a High-Performing Clinical Team
Full Time | Hospice Leadership | Registered Nurse
POSITION OVERVIEW- Lead an interdisciplinary hospice team in a mission-driven clinical environment
- Oversee daily hospice operations, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes
- Mentor and develop clinical staff while supporting exceptional patient care
- Work alongside experienced leadership with established operational processes
- Opportunity to influence patient care, team performance, and organizational success
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $112,000
- Annual Bonus Eligibility
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- In-Office Leadership Position
- Shared Administrator On-Call Rotation (Approximately One Week Per Month)
- Manage interdisciplinary hospice services and clinical operations
- Supervise and mentor hospice clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and quality standards
- Support staff development, performance improvement, and operational excellence
- Serve as an administrative resource for after-hours clinical teams
- Promote compassionate, patient-centered hospice care

- Leadership, Coaching, And Staff Development Experience REQUIRED
- Ability To Participate In Shared Administrative On-Call Rotation REQUIRED
