Belle trains and manages a network of nail technicians, called “Community Health Workers,” who provide in‑home foot care (also called medical pedicures). By leveraging cutting‑edge data science, Belle identifies those most in need on behalf of health plans and deploys its services accordingly. While at home, Community Health Workers complete assessments and screenings, often being the first to spot emerging issues below and above the knee.

When problems arise, a team of remote nurses coordinates further care, preventing serious and costly episodes.

In this full‑time, variable‑schedule position, you will support seniors in their own homes, helping them stay safe, healthy, and independent. The role typically requires Monday‑through‑Friday work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; occasional evenings and weekends may be required, and frequent daily travel within your local region is expected.

• Specialize in senior therapeutic foot cases, prioritizing lower‑extremity health and safety.
• Adhere to Belle protocols to guarantee a hygienic service, minimizing the risk of infection.
• Conduct thorough foot assessments using Belle’s mobile application during each service to identify and report clinical concerns.
• Build a positive rapport with members, fostering trust to effectively convey foot‑care education and promote enduring foot health.
• Keep accurate member records, ensuring HIPAA compliance and effective communication with Belle’s administrative team.
• Maintain punctuality for all appointments through reliable attendance and proper automobile maintenance.
• Update job knowledge by participating in Belle‑provided continuing education opportunities.
• Encourage and assist members in booking future appointments before departing.
• Operate within the scope of the Community Health Worker role.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Hold a valid national or state nail‑technician license (or equivalent) as required for the location.
• May not be debarred or excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, FEHBP, or any other federal or state program.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain adequate car insurance.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Possess basic mobile‑device skills.
• Pass required credential checks, including background and drug testing.
• Be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents and phone/tablet, and reach with hands and arms for extended periods.
• Lift up to 15 pounds on a regular basis.
