We are seeking a Spanish fluent Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy, fast paced primary care practice serving a diverse patient population.

Spanish fluency is required for this position due to the large Hispanic patient population.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with patients in both Spanish and English and have a strong background in primary care or internal medicine.

• 4 day work week

• 2+ years of provider experience preferred

• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active and unrestricted state license
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Primary care or internal medicine experience required
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast paced clinical environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient focused and committed to providing high quality care

• Annual and routine physical exams
• Annual wellness visits
• Complete blood work
• DOT drug screening and DOT physicals
• Electrocardiograms (EKG
• Immunizations and vaccines
• Minor surgery, skin tag removal and laceration repair
• Mammograms
• OB/GYN testing
• Pulmonary function testing
• School and sports physicals
• Ultrasound and echocardiograms
• X rays
