J.Crew Factory is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Manager for an on-site part-time role located in Peachtree Corners, GA. Responsibilities include supporting the store's daily operations, assisting with scheduling and team management, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies and maintain the store's visual standards while fostering a positive and productive team environment.
