This is a full-time, on-site position for a Store Manager located in Peachtree Corners, GA. As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include managing staff, fostering a team-oriented environment, maintaining visual merchandising standards, overseeing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will build meaningful relationships with customers through personalized service while upholding the brand’s mission and values.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication to provide an exceptional and personalized shopping experience.
- Experience in Store Management, including team leadership, staff scheduling, and achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention practices to ensure store profitability and security.
- A passion for fashion, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to execute visual merchandising standards.
- Proven ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment that aligns with the brand’s mission.
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is preferred but not required.
- A customer-focused mindset with a drive for delivering real results and sustainable solutions.
