Position Overview As a Lighting Installer, you will play a critical role in executing high-quality landscape, architectural, holiday, and event lighting installations. This position includes on-site installation work as well as warehouse responsibilities to support project preparation and organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in an active work environment and understands the importance of professionalism when working on client properties.

Qualifications

Required:

Clean driving record Ability to safely drive a truck with a trailer Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces) Strong work ethic and reliability Preferred:
Minimum 2 years of lighting installation experience (landscape, architectural, or holiday lighting preferred) Experience operating ladders and lifts Familiarity with LED systems and low-voltage lighting Soft Skills We Value Exceptional attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Effective time management Ability to work independently or as part of a team Clear communication with clients and contractors Professionalism and strong customer service mindset Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Tools & Equipment Proficiency Hand tools (crimpers, wire strippers) Power tools (drills, impact drivers, saws) Cable testers Labeling tools Basic cable dressing and wire management Accurate use of a tape measure Safe ladder and lift operation Safety & Work Standards Proper use of PPE (gloves, safety glasses, hard hats as required) Maintaining clean and organized job sites Identifying and addressing trip hazards Practicing ladder safety Knowing when to ask for assistance Following supervisor instructions Core Work Habits Punctual and dependable Consistent performance Active listening Willingness to take notes and ask questions Respect for customer property Maintaining a professional attitude at all times
