Warehouse Associate

Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be placed with a local business to perform a variety of duties to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. This role requires a multi‑skilled individual who can comfortably handle order fulfillment, operate material handling equipment, maintain safety standards, and assist with customer inquiries.

• Picker & Packers
  :
  Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment or production floor replenishment using standard shipping processes.
• Forklift & Equipment Operators
  :
  Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
• Inventory & Customer Service Representatives
  :
  Assist with counts, verify deliveries, and liaise with team members and clients to resolve customer inquiries regarding orders.
• General Warehouse Workers
  :
  Unload incoming freight, load outgoing trucks, organize stock, and assist in general production support areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required; candidates must have working knowledge and experience using a forklift.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills to interact with vendors, contractors, and client requests when needed.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory tracking.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing 40 to 50 lbs. unassisted on a frequent basis.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods (up to 8‑10 hours per shift).
• Comfort working in a physically demanding, fast‑paced warehouse and manufacturing environment requiring frequent bending and crouching.
