Job Title: Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator
Location: U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii (Main Post Chapel & AMR Chapel)
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Catholic religious education and community support activities
- Prepare liturgical materials and Eucharistic elements for Mass services
- Develop monthly calendars and weekly bulletins
- Maintain Catholic community registration and sacramental records (AMS portal)
- Support event coordination, publicity, and facility reservations
- Track attendance and assist with quarterly AMS reports
- Attend required meetings with chaplaincy leadership
- Bachelor’s degree (ministry-related preferred)
- Catechetical Certification from AMS (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a military chapel or Catholic religious education setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication skills
