Wind Construction Manager

The Opportunity

• Wind Construction Manager:
  Lead day-to-day construction activities on-site
• Own field execution across major component exchange, crane/heavy lift coordination, and recommissioning

• Direct and coordinate repower construction
• Oversee major component work, including gearbox, generator, and blade exchange
• Manage heavy lift and crane operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution
• Lead recommissioning activities to bring repowered turbines back online
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and drive a strong safety culture across contractors and crews
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and O&M teams to keep the project on schedule

• 8–15+ years of wind construction/field experience and Repower Projects
• Heavy lift and crane operations experience
• Recommissioning experience on repowered wind assets
• No degree required — safety and construction management credentials valued
• Willingness to relocate to or work on-site in HI for the duration of the project
