Raynor Overhead Doors & Gates is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to help support our field technicians and deliver exceptional service to customers across Oahu.

What you’ll do:

Coordinate technician schedules and appointments
Answer customer calls and provide updates
Support dispatching and daily operations
Keep service records accurate and organized
Help create smooth, positive customer experiences

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience preferred
Experience in home services is helpful but not required — we’ll train the right person.
