CACI is currently seeking a Computer Hardware Engineer I to support a program focused on combating evolving and emerging threats, supporting exploitation and replication activities, and advancing operational rehearsal, exercise, wargaming, and counter system development. In addition, the role will involve integration and experimentation, including modeling and simulation. By joining this team, you will contribute to the U.S. and its allies’ ability to develop and apply models and simulations throughout the lifecycle of military and commercial technologies and systems, ensuring Warfighter readiness and future capabilities.
Responsibilities- Research new technologies and methods for computer hardware.
- Design computer or computer-related equipment.
- Develop prototypes or models of computer hardware.
- Test computer hardware to ensure it meets specifications and functions correctly.
- Supervise the manufacturing process of computer hardware.
- Oversee the installation of computer hardware and components.
- Ensure that the hardware is suitable for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use.
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree or 2-year technical school, or 3 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
