Customer Service Rep
T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Experience Experts for our company-owned stores to deliver best-in-class customer service and retail expertise. You will work with new systems and tools, and a product roadmap tailored to store locations to resolve customer needs from research to resolution.
External candidates receive a one-time $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments. Internal candidates relocating more than 50 miles are eligible for a $10,000 relocation benefit.
