Business Systems Analyst - CACI International

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with shipyard personnel to identify and document business requirements for maintenance availability projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize key performance indicators and support decision‑making.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and other analytical tools to uncover trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to streamline processes, enhance communication, and accelerate on‑time delivery of submarines.
• Implement Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery of analytical solutions.

• Proven experience in business analysis and data analytics within a manufacturing or defense environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI for data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into actionable dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in iterative development cycles.
