Leidos is seeking a NOC Technician to join the Joint Fires Network Operations Center in a 24/7 environment. The role focuses on incident ticketing, network monitoring, and rapid fault isolation to maintain DISN services. You will coordinate with DoD customers and O&M teams to ensure continuity of operations.
Qualified candidates will manage Service Now/JIRA tickets, monitor events around the clock, and provide expert feedback to leadership during outages while maintaining compliance with SLAs.
