Marathon Health is seeking a first-level IT Help Desk Technician to provide frontline support for hardware, software, networks, and telephony. You will handle ticketing, remote troubleshooting, and user account management while maintaining HIPAA and PCI compliance.
The role requires an Associate’s Degree in IT or related field with 2+ years of help desk experience and familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and AD. Excellent communication and customer service are essential.
