Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit
Role Overview:
Provides specialized nursing care in the Progressive Care Unit, focusing on patients requiring close monitoring and step-down care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and detect changes in condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and documentation standards.
- Valid RN license.
- Experience in a Progressive Care or Step-Down unit preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Provide high-quality patient care, monitor patient status, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
