Position summary:

Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team and help keep shelves stocked and operations running smoothly in the freezers and coolers. In the deli department, you will be on the front lines of customer service, aiming to provide a great shopping experience.

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with company policies; stock merchandise, set up and clean displays, remove damaged goods, price merchandise, and complete required audits and documentation.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, helping locate merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting the company’s products and services.
• Follow policies related to Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, adhering to Cold Chain procedures, cleaning the area, and reporting issues.
• Protect high-shrink and fragile merchandise and maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
