Baker and Packager Associate

Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; following recipes/make-up instructions; wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management;
Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution;
Leverage handheld digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement;
Ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintain work area according to company policies and procedures; ensure quality and date control standards for bakery items; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminate waste; assist members with purchasing decisions;
Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and information; address improvements opportunities; adapt to change and feedback.
