USA Government Jobs - - Responsibilities:
Maintain security by guarding premises and personnel, controlling access to restricted areas, and conducting patrols to deter and detect suspicious activity;
Authenticate identification for access to restricted areas and regulate pedestrian and vehicular traffic;
Inspect vehicles and packages as required to ensure only authorized property is brought onto facilities;
Maintain and document security events in logs and pass-down logs for shift handoffs;
Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement or security teams as needed
