USA Government Jobs - - Responsibilities:
Serve as Staff Personnel Security Specialist responsible for all Personnel Security matters including evaluating sensitivity determinations for staff positions.;
Use the National Bureau Investigations System (NBIS) and Defense Information Security System (DISS) for Navy personnel security management.;
Manage the U.S. Pacific Fleet Security Management Office (SMO) code in DISS to administer staff security clearances.;
Conduct fingerprinting for staff members and prospective employees.;
Draft recommendations to policy and security leadership on personnel security systems and clearance actions.
