Purpose and Impact:
This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, security clearance verification, and funding availability. We are seeking a Senior-Level Counterintelligence Specialist to support various locations. The ideal candidate will need to do the following. Identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests.
Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities/ activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies. Conducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.

Standard 40-hour work week between 0600 and 1800, Monday through Friday. Ability to work shift work if necessary.
Essential Responsibilities:- DoDI S-5240.09 requires Combatant Commanders to identify requirements that may be satisfied through Offensive CI operations (OFCO). Combatant Commanders are further required to identify, nominate, and process passage material (PaM) that supports CCMD goals, plans, and objectives.
- J2X requires a full-time CI officer dedicated to support Offensive CI operations through the coordination of PaM with USINDOPACOM Joint Directorates and Service Components. Assigned personnel will provide input to the CCMD's CI operational requirements and support the PaM process to facilitate CI operations.
- Responsible for PaM processing required for approving, disapproving, or conditionally approving the passage of PaM and documenting this decision within the CCMD.
- Serves as a CCMD focal point for coordination of nominated material and will ensure compliance with the processing requirements defined in DoDI S-5240.09.
- Develops identify and/or work with CCMD staff to develop PaM, which supports USINDOPACOM requirements.
