Position Overview
As a Warehouse Generalist, you will fill in for any position in the warehouse including, but not limited to:
Selector, Dock Worker, Palletizer, etc.
Location:
Pearl City. Shift: 2nd shift (Sunday to Thursday) starting rting wage: $24 per hour.
- Warehouse Worker: use Order Picker to pick products for customer orders, bring down pallets of reserve stock, manually pick cases from racks, build pallets of products, record actions via voice‑command and pick sheets, use Power‑warehouse, fit products onto pallets, plastic‑wrap heavy items on bottom to reduce damage, load pallets onto trailers, operate electric pallet jack to load pallets onto delivery trucks, compile un‑palletized products onto pallets.
- Forklift Operator: maneuver stand‑up forklift to put away or let down up to twenty pallets per hour into warehouse racks up to 46 feet high, manually lift pallets to move into place, manually stock/pick cases into racks, record daily actions by RF terminal.
- Selector: select full case grocery/perishable/frozen items, fit these items onto a pallet, plastic‑wrap them, and load onto a trailer.
- Back hauler: operate electric pallet jack or clamp machine to transport pallets of product off inbound trucks, compile un‑palletized products onto pallets.
- Porter: clean and maintain warehouse aisles and product slots, remove product from slots with pallet jack, clean slots with cleaning supplies and electric scrubber, replace product, clean warehouse offices, employee break areas, and restrooms.
- Must work to the end of shift, including necessary overtime, and assist other departments as needed.

Important tasks – never crawling/sitting; occasionally climbing up to 4 ft. (fall protection training required); occasionally smelling, balancing, kneeling, talking; frequently crouching and pushing/pulling up to 60 lbs; continuously handling, gripping, carrying, and lifting up to 60 lbs; continuously feeling, pivoting, stooping, and reaching (waist/overhead); continuously standing and walking on carpet, tile, concrete; continuously fingering, hearing, seeing, repetitive movement with both hands and feet. - Key
