Iron Works USA in Pearl, Mississippi is seeking a sharp bookkeeper to own day-to-day accounting using Quick Books, manage A/P/A/R, deposits, reconciliations, and help tighten the chart of accounts. You will build and maintain job costing for each iron door, glass room and install, track WIP and margin, run weekly cash flow and A/R aging, and work with our CPA at year-end.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping in manufacturing/construction, strong Quick Books and Excel skills
