Senior Project Manager; Renewable Energy & Oil & Gas

Are you an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager with a background in energy construction
, including renewable energy (solar/wind) or oil & gas projects? We're looking for a proven leader to manage complex civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion.

Civil construction experience is required.

Travel: Approximately 33% throughout the United States

• Lead the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of civil construction projects within the energy sector.
• Manage utility-scale solar, wind, and oil & gas infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, cost reports, and change orders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and scope changes with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee field operations, permitting, quality control, and project documentation.
• Support estimating, bidding, and preconstruction activities for future projects.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in civil construction.
• Experience managing energy construction projects
  , including renewable energy (solar/wind) and/or oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 33%.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience with:
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Microsoft Project (preferred)
• Carlson Takeoff R12
• Google Earth
• Experience with drone surveying, 3D modeling, and machine control technology.
• FAA Drone Pilot Certificate is a plus.
